Monitoring of approved programs

Under the National Law, the Accreditation Authority must continue to be satisfied that each approved program and the relevant education provider continue to meet the accreditation standards.

The Accreditation Authority monitors each approved program and if it finds the approved program is no longer meeting the accreditation standards, it can impose conditions on the accreditation to make sure the program meets the standards in a reasonable time or cancel the accreditation.
