The Education Provider Reference Group (EPRG) provides a forum for Ahpra to engage constructively on National Scheme issues with education providers. This engagement complements the relationship Accreditation Authorities and National Boards have with education providers.
The EPRG consists of representatives nominated by peak organisations that represent Deans, Heads of Schools and/or tertiary education in the regulated health professions and the Health Professions Accreditation Collaborative Forum. Ahpra may invite other Executive Deans with extensive experience in the National Scheme to join the EPRG. The EPRG meets at least twice a year.
The group does not discuss individual registration or accreditation matters and has no decision-making powers.
